Helpful and spontaneous staff.
I was shopping around the three branches of Topman at Marina square, Suntec City Mall and Raffles City for my wallet. I've always like the wacky and modern designs of Topman wallets. Besides, there was an ongoing sale and wallets were priced at just $9! What a steal. However, the thing that was more heartening when I finally got my wallet at Raffles City Topman is that the staff there were really concerned about the service they delivered. One of them even shared me his opinions about which wallet suits a particular personality. When I finally chose the wallet I want, I went to the counter to make my purchase. The staff then alerted me that I have actually taken a damaged wallet and there was a hole on it. He immediately apologised and went through all the wallets of my desired design and found a PERFECT one for me! Very impressed. Therefore, I highly recommend everyone to shop at Raffles City Topshop/Topman cos' it rocks! :)
